Subjects, Courses, Sections, and Classes

View Subjects #

Subjects are tied to the Texas Course Code listing in Table C022 from the Texas Student Data Systems.  This guide outlines how to view the corresponding courses to each subject.

Step 1: Access the Subjects #

1. Log in to your HomeroomHUB a Local Administrator account.
2. Within the “Classes” section, locate and click on the “Subjects” subsection in the sidebar.

Step 2: View Subjects and Courses #

1. Locate the Subject to view more details on the subject.
2. Select the eye icon to view the courses connected to the selected subject.
3. A listing of all courses that are tied to the subject can be viewed.
4. Selecting a specific course will take the user to the list of sections tied to the course.
